The Nissan DILKAR8A8 is a high-performance laser iridium spark plug, serving as the standard equipment for the Nissan GT-R R35 platform (2009+). It features a dual fine electrode design optimized for high ignitability, making it a suitable choice for both factory replacements and highly modified VQ35HR, VQ37VHR, and VR38DETT forced induction engines. Technically, the plug is constructed with a 12mm thread diameter and a solid terminal type, pre-gapped at 0.8mm. Its design ensures consistent spark quality under the high-pressure conditions typically associated with turbocharged or high-compression automotive engine environments.
