Overview

The Loctite 518 is a general-purpose, semi-flexible anaerobic flange sealant. This sealant cures even in the presence of minor surface contaminants and flexes with minor flange movements.

It provides immediate resistance to low pressures after flange assembly. Loctite 518 is ideal for aluminum substrates requiring flexibility and can be used on both active and passive metals. It offers gap performance up to 0.25 mm (0.01").

The Loctite LB 8012 High Performance Anti-Seize is a heavy black paste formulated with 65% molybdenum disulfide for unsurpassed lubricating qualities. It provides smoother than new metal surfaces by reducing machine tool marks and other irregularities to a mirror-smooth finish. This anti-seize lubricant stays in place through heat, load, and vibration, ensuring trouble-free disassembly across a temperature range of -29°C to 400°C. With a low and uniform friction coefficient of 0.06, LOCTITE® LB 8012 creates reliable assembly conditions for threaded fasteners, including bolts, nuts, and studs. This product is ideal for reducing friction and preventing seizing in demanding applications.
