This is an upgraded, remanufactured 6.6 Duramax Diesel engine cylinder head from Choate Performance Engineering, designed to improve upon stock. The listing is for one cylinder head. It includes new valve stem seals, valve guides, injector cups, and o-rings. The head is resurfaced, and the valves are reground with 3-angle cut seats for optimized flow.
