Upgraded 6.6 Duramax Diesel engine cylinder head, improved over stock. This listing is for 1 Cylinder Head. Features: Resurfaced to meet/exceed OEM Ra specification, used cast, new valve stem seals, new valve guides, reground valves (inspected for proper sealing), 3-angle cut seats (optimized flow), new injector cups and o-rings, machined O-rings, Heavy Duty Valve Springs (130lb. seat pressure at 1.720 installed height).
