Remanufactured 6.6 Duramax Diesel cylinder head, upgraded from stock. Includes resurfaced cylinder head (Ra spec compliant), used cast, new valve stem seals, new valve guides, reground valves (inspected margins), 3-angle cut seats for optimized flow, O-ring machined, and heavy-duty valve springs: 130lb. seat pressure at 1.720 installed height.
