These Glide-Ride leaf springs aim to offer a smoother, more comfortable ride while minimizing axle wrap, ensuring a more controlled and stable feel, especially when towing. They feature a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design for improved handling in various conditions. The specifications include a 52-inch eye-to-eye measurement, 9.5-inch free height, and 10 leaves. The front eye diameter is 1.46 inches, and the rear eye diameter is 1.375 inches, with a pin size of 0.4375 inches. BDS provides detailed instructions to assist with the process. Following installation, it is recommended to have your vehicle's alignment checked and headlights adjusted if ride height has been altered. These BDS leaf springs are specifically designed for 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks and 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 4WD SUVs. The BDS "No Fine Print" warranty covers shock and stabilizer cylinders against defects in material and workmanship for the original retail purchaser as long as they own the vehicle. However, finish and mounting bushings are excluded. Defects due to obvious side impact, rust, or misuse are not covered. Shock absorbers are considered wear items and their diminished damping resistance over time is not considered a defect. Leaking shock seals within one year may be considered for warranty if free from contamination and misuse. Any costs for removal, installation, reinstallation, freight charges, or incidental/consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
