Constructed from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, this leaf spring is built for long-lasting performance. Its ISO9001:2008-certified manufacturing process includes tapered, thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. The spring is also shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging and increase its service life. Additional features include military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to reduce wear and noise. This rear leaf spring is tailored for specific vehicle models and load/height requirements, offering multiple configurations for varying loads and accessory setups.
