Overview

The Dobinsons PB43-1109K is a polyurethane leaf spring bush kit designed for the Mitsubishi Triton and L200 MQ/MR models manufactured from March 2015 onwards. This kit replaces the original equipment (OE) bushings to improve vibration dampening and cabin comfort. It includes six bushes to cover all positions on the rear leaf springs and features internal diamond grease traps for longevity and reduced noise.

The Dobinsons Polyurethane Bush Kit (PB43-1109K) offers an upgrade for the rear leaf springs of Mitsubishi Triton and L200 MQ/MR models (03/2015 onwards). Key features of this kit include unique internal diamond grease traps that help maximize bush life and minimize squeaking or noise. The design ensures that grease is retained for longer periods. The kit contains six bushes, sufficient for the fixed end and both shackle ends of each leaf spring, covering all six positions on the vehicle's rear leaf springs. Only one kit is needed per vehicle. This greasable design, incorporating recessed twin holes, ensures even grease distribution to both halves of the polyurethane bush. Regular greasing not only reduces friction and wear but also helps prevent corrosion on shackle pins and further reduces the likelihood of squeaking. The Dobinsons 4x4 pins are heavy-duty and designed for easy servicing via external grease nipples. These bushings are suitable for any lift height, or for vehicles with no lift, and can be used with Dobinsons leaf springs or those from other manufacturers that accept OE-size bushings. Note that pressing of OE bushings may be necessary during removal and installation.
