The Dobinsons Rear Parabolic Leaf Spring (TOY-090-RP) is meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional ride quality, robust durability, and enhanced load-handling capabilities for a variety of vehicles. With over 60 years of manufacturing expertise, Dobinsons offers solutions custom-designed to meet specific load and height requirements, making them ideal for both on-road comfort and off-road resilience. Constructed from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, these leaf springs are built for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process adheres to ISO9001:2008 standards and features tapered, thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. To further enhance durability and prevent sagging, the springs are shot-peened and subjected to a scragging process. Additional features include military-wrapped eyes for increased strength and safety in the event of main leaf failure, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother and quieter operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to minimize wear and noise. This specific leaf spring provides an approximate 3-inch lift. For optimal results and to mitigate the risk of ordering the wrong product, it is highly recommended to confirm fitment with a sales representative before placing an order.
