Constructed from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, this leaf spring is designed for long-lasting performance. It features ISO9001:2008-certified manufacturing processes, including tapered and thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. The springs are shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging and increase service life, ensuring greater resilience under demanding conditions. Further enhancing durability and performance, these leaf springs incorporate military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety in case of main leaf failure. Anti-friction inter-leaf liners are included for smoother, quieter operation, while high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts reduce wear and noise. This specific model provides a 35mm (1.25") lift and a load capacity of 660lb. This leaf spring is specifically designed for the Volkswagen Amarok TDI400 and TDI420 models from 2010 to 2020.
