The Hikari H1/H3 CANbus decoder adapter is engineered to resolve common issues encountered when upgrading to LED headlights or fog lights. It specifically targets dashboard warnings, LED flickering, hyper flash, and radio interference, providing a cleaner signal for your vehicle's electronics. This 2023 model features an enhanced driver and an intelligent IC system designed for compatibility with modern vehicle computer systems. With a maximum load capacity of 60W and 5A, this adapter is suitable for higher wattage LED headlights. It serves as a direct replacement harness for LED headlights or fog lights but is not compatible with HID bulbs. Installation requires attention to polarity, as the resistor is sensitive. If the LED bulbs do not function correctly after initial installation, the male connector of the resistor (CANbus) should be reversed by 180 degrees. Due to the inherent complexity of vehicle electronic systems and decoding, Hikari states they cannot guarantee 100% suitability for every vehicle. Customers experiencing issues or having questions are encouraged to contact Hikari for assistance. The company also aims to continuously optimize and upgrade its CANbus performance based on user feedback from new vehicle models.
