Overview

The Alpine SPS-610C is a 6-1/2" component 2-way speaker system designed for vehicle audio upgrades. This system includes a pair of woofers and a pair of 1" silk dome tweeters, offering an improvement over factory speakers.

These speakers are built with a Tuned Poly-Mica Cone for clarity and feature a high-efficiency design that can be powered by factory head units or aftermarket Alpine stereos. The shallow mounting design allows for easy installation in various vehicle door panels.

The Alpine SPS-610C is a 6-1/2" component 2-way speaker system designed to enhance your vehicle's audio experience. This package includes two woofers and two 1" silk dome tweeters, providing a significant upgrade from stock speakers. Constructed with an HD Polymer Frame for reduced resonance and improved damping, the woofers utilize a Tuned Poly-Mica Cone with a progressive aramid fiber spider for deep bass and linearity. The tweeters feature a 1-inch wide-range silk dome diaphragm with a swivel function, allowing for optimized sound imaging and response. A copper cap on the tweeter's pole piece helps reduce intermodulation distortion for clearer highs and vocal definition. Installation is facilitated by a shallow mounting design, enabling the speakers to fit easily into a wide range of door panels. These speakers boast a high-efficiency design, capable of running effectively off the power from factory or built-in head unit amplifiers. The system includes high-grade in-line crossover networks and features impressive cosmetics that look good behind factory grilles or with aftermarket grilles (sold separately). Key specifications include a CEA-2031 power rating of 80 Watts, RMS power handling of 80 Watts, and a peak power handling of 240 Watts. The frequency response ranges from 70Hz to 22kHz with an impedance of 4 Ohms and a sensitivity of 88dB (1W/1m).
