The CT Sounds Meso 5.25” coaxial speakers are full-range 2-way coaxial speakers designed to be the perfect complement to any system looking for better sound. The beefy 21 oz ferrite magnet provides 70W RMS of power handling per speaker and allows these coaxial speakers to work in conjunction with most 4-channel amplifiers. Customer reviews rave about the performance of the Meso series speakers, attributing much of their success to the engineering of the attached silk-dome tweeters. Each tweeter features a CCAW wire voice coil and a neo magnet, enabling these 2-way 5.25 inch car speakers to offer a great high-frequency range that will recreate vocals and other high frequencies like never heard before. Experience sound that travels to the mesosphere. Key specifications include 70W RMS (140W MAX) power handling per speaker, for a total system power of 140W RMS (280W MAX). The voice coil configuration is a single 4-Ohm, with a 1.4” EISV voice coil for the woofer. The frequency response for the woofer is 50 Hz - 18 kHz, and for the tweeter, it's 1500 Hz ~ 20 kHz. The speakers are built with a durable stamp steel basket and include signature CT Sounds silver chrome plated ring speaker grilles, along with premium wire and screws for easy installation.
