The Diode Dynamics Tail as Turn and Backup Module is designed to upgrade the rear lighting functionality of your 2009-2019 Nissan GT-R. This module allows your existing LED tail lights to also serve as turn signals, instantly giving your vehicle a more contemporary look. Additionally, the kit offers the flexibility to repurpose the old turn signal socket into an extra backup light, effectively doubling your reverse light visibility for safer nighttime maneuvering. To utilize the additional backup light feature, new white LED bulbs will need to be purchased, as LEDs are required due to drawing power from the backup light circuit. Installation is straightforward, featuring a 100% plug-and-play design that utilizes OEM tail light connectors. This means no complex wiring is necessary, and the installation can typically be completed in under five minutes per side without even needing to remove the tail lights. The module operates within a 9-16V range and is built to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 85°C (-40°F to 185°F).
