Level 2 Air Suspension Kit

The BC Fabrication BK200-2 is a comprehensive air suspension kit engineered for the first generation (1987-1996) Dodge Dakota, offering a premium solution for achieving a significantly lowered stance. This Level 2 kit is designed to provide a superior dropping capability compared to traditional leaf springs, recommending the installation of a 4-link system for optimal ride quality. It includes robust Air Lift Performance Dominator Airbags with 8" of travel and 600 psi burst rate, paired with 8 rapid-response 3/8" electric valves for precise, independent corner control. The system is powered by a dual Viair 380C chrome compressor pack, ensuring sufficient air supply, and features a 28" seamless aluminum 9-port air tank that resists corrosion. Additionally, it comes with 50' of DOT-approved 3/8" air line, reliable brass DOT push-connect fittings, custom-designed front airbag brackets that fit factory spring pockets, and rear brackets requiring welding onto the frame and axle. An 8" frame notch kit is also included to box the frame and provide extra axle clearance for an even lower drop. Distinguishing itself from Level 1, this Level 2 system utilizes larger lines and electric valves for faster lift and drop actuation. It replaces a dash-mounted control panel with a user-friendly handheld controller, allowing for easy adjustment of individual corners or all wheels simultaneously.
