Description

The Driveshaft Shop Level 2 Complete Halfshaft is engineered to handle up to 600 horsepower at the wheels. This axle set is constructed with high-grade aircraft quality center bars and features a proprietary outer CV with Carbo Ausse Tempering for enhanced durability. The inner CV is a 108 mm Porsche-type Ball & Cage design with a bolt-on flange and spline plug, specifically made to fit a 28-spline differential. This complete axle set is designed as a direct bolt-in replacement. It requires the removal and installation of the ABS ring from your stock axles onto the new Level 2 axles. The product comes with a 1-year warranty and is rated for 600HP. Please note that this item is a special order and may take 2-3 weeks to ship. It is specifically designed for the 1989-1997 Thunderbird and the 1999 Mustang Cobra with a 28-spline differential. If your vehicle has a 31-spline differential, you will need to refer to part number DSS-RA8516L2 for the 2001-2004 Cobra.
