Level 4 Air Suspension Kit w/ Air Lift 3H

The BC Fabrication Complete Air Suspension Kit, part number BK190-3H, is a comprehensive Level 4 system engineered for the 1995-2003 Toyota Tacoma. This kit aims to provide an enhanced ride quality and lower stance by utilizing Air Lift Performance Dominator Airbags, offering 8" of travel and 1/2" ports with a 600 PSI burst rate. Central to the system is Air Lift's 3H Ride Height Control, an advanced management system that integrates both height and pressure sensors. This technology allows for pre-set ride heights, Bluetooth control via a smartphone app, and automatic adjustment to vehicle load changes through its Height Sensing Technology. Included in this kit are dual Viair 480C Chrome Compressors, known for their reliability and 200 PSI rating, paired with a 28" seamless aluminum air tank designed to resist corrosion and simplify installation with included brackets. The kit also comprises 50 feet of 3/8" DOT-approved air line, brass DOT-approved push-connect fittings, front airbag bracket sets for bolting/welding to factory spring pockets and lower control arms, and rear airbag bracket sets for welding to frame rails and axles. A 6-piece 8" frame notch kit is also provided to box the frame and increase axle clearance for a lower drop. BC Fabrication recommends installing a 4-link system in the rear for optimal ride quality, as the factory leaf springs may limit the achievable drop.
