Level 4 Automatic Transmission

The Mad Dog Transmissions TR4L60EST2 Level 4 automatic transmission is engineered for 4L60E, 4L65E, and 4L70E vehicles, capable of supporting up to 700 horsepower. This transmission features a "Beast Sun Shell" which is 3x thicker than factory, a reinforced input drum with a hardened sleeve, and an oversized piston with additional clutches. It also includes a "super fourth gear Sonnax servo" and a "Raybestos Z-pak" with 15 clutches. Key internal components include all new lip seals, gaskets, Teflon rings, electronics, steels, bushings, and Raybestos clutches. The unit is built with a "10 vane pump rotor" and "4140 hardened pump rings," along with a specialized bronze ring to reinforce the hardened input shaft and drum. It features a "29 element double-gauged sprag," a "4 pinion planetary gear" (cold-freezed for strength), and a "3-inch wide high-temp Pro-Series Kevlar band." The accumulator springs are blocked off for a solid shift, or double-sealed pinless accumulators can be used for a more street-friendly setup. This transmission comes with a choice of stall speed converter, ranging from 1600 to 2500 RPM, and can be custom-built with a valve body for your specific application, whether for towing, pulling, hauling, or competition. It is available in gloss black or your choice of custom color. A one-year unlimited mile warranty is included, with extended warranty options available. The product is also available for 2WD or 4X4 configurations and includes a free tail housing if needed.
