Level VI 4L70E Automatic Transmission

The RPM Transmissions Level VI 4L70E represents a significant upgrade for the 2006-2009 Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS, offering enhanced durability and performance. This transmission build includes a media-blasted case for a clean finish. Internally, it is equipped with a range of performance-oriented components. These include the RPM Level VI 3-4 clutch pack, a reinforced sunshell with a collar and bearing, a 4L65E low roller clutch, and a billet 4th gear servo. Further enhancements feature the Transgo HD-2 shift kit, a Corvette servo, a wide 2-4 band, and an updated aluminum accumulator piston. The build also incorporates a bushing kit, new shift solenoids, a new GM valve body spacer plate, and a GM filter. RPM specifies clutch and band clearances, includes a seal & gasket kit, an RPM-sleeved input drum, and a billet over-run piston. For maximum strength, it utilizes 5 pinion planetary gearsets (front and rear), an extra-wide, heavy-duty, double-caged 29-element sprag, and a 300M billet output shaft.
