Description

The ZZP LF3/LF4 Race Head Stud Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of the 3.6L LF3 and LF4 engines. This kit is specifically designed with a larger center shank, an upgrade from the original 10.24mm studs to 11mm race head studs. This design improvement contributes to better longevity and more dependable high-horsepower output. Replacing the stock, torque-to-yield head bolts is crucial for high-performance applications, whether you are building a long block, performing a head gasket service, or increasing boost levels. The kit is exclusively designed for the 3.6L LF3 and LF4 engines found in vehicles such as the Cadillac ATS-V, CTS V-Sport, CT4-V Blackwing, and XTS V-Sport. Installation requires specific torque sequences: a first pass of 25 ft-lbs, a second pass of 50 ft-lbs, and a final pass of 90 ft-lbs.
