The Maxxair 12-00057 is a smoke tinted replacement lid assembly designed for compatible MaxxFan and MaxxFan Plus RV roof vents. If your original lid is cracked, brittle, leaking, or damaged, this part can restore weather protection without needing to replace the entire vent.
The smoke tint reduces glare while allowing filtered light into your RV. This lid assembly is useful for replacing a broken, missing, yellowed, or leaking vent lid, allowing for service without removing the base of the roof vent.
