It is recommended to replace lift supports in pairs to ensure safe and reliable support. This lift support features a hardened, nitride-plated steel shaft, a rubber O-ring piston seal for controlled lift, and a heavy gauge steel body that is electrostatically painted. The self-cleaning piston assembly provides smooth operation, and the upper bushing is precisely manufactured for an exact fit and extended operating life. No special installation tools are required.
