Limited Slip Differential

The Wavetrac Limited Slip Differential is engineered to replace the rear differential in B5/B6/B7 Audi A4/S4 Quattro models. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this differential utilizes a patent-pending wave design center pack to provide an enhanced no-load bias ratio. This technology mitigates the typical loss of drive experienced by torque-biasing differentials under zero or near-zero torque conditions, ensuring consistent grip and performance. Constructed from high-strength 9310 alloy steel and featuring exclusively made, high-strength fasteners from ARP®, this differential is built for durability. The internal gears are optimized for strength and oil film retention, with a focus on the critical side gear/axle interface for high power applications. It includes interchangeable friction plates, with carbon-fiber plates included as standard for all-around performance, and other friction coefficients available separately to fine-tune the bias ratio. This Wavetrac differential is designed for direct replacement in B5/B6/B7 Audi A4/S4 Quattro models (Rear Differential). It is important to note that this differential will not fit B5/B7 RS4 models.
