Description

The Bussmann KWS-R-10 is a Class RK1 fast-acting fuse designed for industrial and commercial applications. It features a 10 Ampere current rating and a voltage rating of 600 VAC/VDC. This fuse offers high DC voltage ratings for applications with specific current limitation requirements.

With 200 Kiloampere AC and 20 Kiloampere DC interrupting ratings, it complies with NEC Section 110.9 and protects higher ampacity DC circuits. Its current limitation is up to 10 times better than basic circuit breakers and non-current limiting fuses, helping to prevent damage from short-circuit events. The fuse has a ferrule terminal type with a grooved ring and dimensions of 0.56 inches in diameter and 5 inches in length. Approvals include UL 248-10, CSA C22.2, and CE.
