Line Lock Kit w/ Pre-Formed Lines & Solenoid

The SJM 2004 GTO Line Lock Kit is a specialized braking system designed to enhance the performance and capabilities of the 2004 GTO. This kit enables drivers to perform controlled burnouts, allowing for effective tire warming and cleaning while relieving stress on the drivetrain, brakes, and rotors. It is compatible with both V6 and V8 GTO models. The kit includes pre-formed lines for straightforward installation, a rebuildable SJM solenoid for durability, and a micro toggle master switch. It also features an SJM illuminated logo momentary push button for activation, a fuse with holder, electrical connectors, and comprehensive instructions with pictorials and schematics. The design ensures installation does not impede supercharger or turbo kits, and no modification to existing brake lines is necessary for a direct bolt-on application. Furthermore, the kit is ABS/TCS compatible, meaning it will not interfere with normal operation of these systems when not in use. Installation is simplified as the lines, valve, and fittings come pre-assembled, eliminating the need for brake sealant on connections. The solenoid is strategically located away from heat sources to ensure long-term, trouble-free operation. The system utilizes an exclusive two-stage switched circuitry for safety and ease of use. To arm the system, the micro-toggle master switch is flipped, indicated by a brightly illuminated remote LED. The momentary push button is then pressed while the brake pedal is depressed. Releasing the brake pedal will hold the front brakes while allowing rear pressure to equalize, facilitating controlled burnouts. For safety, the master switch should be turned off when the line lock system is not intended for use, preventing accidental engagement.
