The Klein Tools D213-9NE is a 9-inch high-leverage side-cutting pliers designed for superior cutting and gripping power. Its high-leverage design places the rivet closer to the cutting edge, providing 46% more power than other plier designs. These pliers are made in the USA from induction-hardened alloy steel for long-lasting durability and feature a hot-riveted joint for smooth operation.

The streamlined design includes sure-gripping, cross-hatched knurled jaws for a secure hold. The handles are plastic-dipped for comfort and easy identification, with "Handform" handles that allow for full gripping and cutting power. Unique handle tempering helps absorb the "snap" when cutting wire.
