LINK R1 Full Titanium Exhaust

The Graves Motorsports LINK™ Full Titanium Exhaust System is engineered specifically for the 2009-2014 Yamaha R1 (models 14B, 14Be, 1KB), offering a blend of performance, fit, and finish. This comprehensive system integrates all three LINK™ exhaust component options to deliver a complete upgrade. Constructed from aerospace-grade titanium alloy, the exhaust features diamond-shaped carbon fiber canisters with matching carbon end caps, designed to complement the R1's body lines. The canisters mount directly to the sub-frame, eliminating the need for straps and contributing to a streamlined appearance and weight reduction. Machined joint fittings and billet hard anodized 7075T651 aluminum flanges ensure durability and precise assembly. The system is equipped to handle dual Lambda sensors, supporting both stock and wideband (for Auto Tuner sensors) configurations. Advanced machine welding processes result in precise, laser-perfection welds. This full system offers a significant weight saving, reducing the total weight from 23 lbs stock to just 9.8 lbs for the LINK™ system. The stock system comprises a 4lb header, 7lb catalytic converter, and 12lbs of silencers. The LINK™ system breaks down into a 5.2lb silencer set, a 1.2lb cat eliminator (Y-pipe), and a 3.4lb header. The sound levels vary depending on the configuration: stock levels are 77db at idle and 88db at 5000 rpm. With an optional DB Killer insert (sold separately), the LINK™ system registers 88db at idle. Using an optional sound insert (sold separately), it reaches 99.5db at 5000 rpm. Without any inserts, the system produces 91db at idle and 103.5db at 5000 rpm.
