The ThreeBond TB1207B is a high-performance, room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone sealant, commonly used as a formed-in-place gasket (FIPG). This black, silicone rubber-based liquid gasket cures automatically at room temperature through contact with air moisture, offering a robust sealing solution. Key characteristics of the TB1207B include its impressive temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures from -50ºC to +250ºC. It is highly resistant to both heat and cold, providing reliable performance in demanding environments. The formulation is solvent-less, resulting in minimal shrinkage and excellent electrical insulation properties.
