The Antigravity AG-401 is the smallest and most compact lightweight Lithium motorsports battery available, offering extreme power in a tiny package. This battery is best suited for performance applications where minimizing weight and size is critical, making it a favorite for custom builders needing to tuck it away discreetly. With 120 Cold Cranking Amps and 6 Amp Hours (Pb Eq), the AG-401 can start inline 4-cylinder motors up to 600cc for race use, or up to 250cc for everyday street use in scooters. It features an ultra-lightweight design weighing only 15.2 oz and measures a minuscule 4.375 x 1.37 x 3.75 inches (LxWxH). The battery includes adhesive-backed foam for easy installation and can be installed in any orientation. This battery is designed for specific uses: daily use in bikes up to 250cc, race use for electric start bikes up to 450cc, and track day use in 600cc sportbikes. It is also suitable for custom builds like cafe racers or small bore customs up to 350cc. For older classic bikes (mid-1980s and earlier), updating to a modern voltage regulator is recommended to prevent overcharging. Important usage notes: The AG-401 is for closed-course use only as it does not feature a BMS (Battery Management System), only balance charging. It is not for use in passenger cars, street-use automobiles, or PWC (Personal Watercraft). Always use a lithium-specific motorsport charger; lead-acid chargers are not compatible.
