The HSP 282-HSP is an intercooler charge pipe bundle designed for 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet and GMC trucks equipped with the LLY Duramax engine. This bundle serves as an excellent starting point for modifying your LLY Duramax for improved performance and reliability. It is ideal for stock or lightly modified trucks.

The kit includes a hot side intercooler tube, a Max Flow Bridge, and a cold side tube. The hot side tube is constructed from 3" mandrel-bent tubing, rerouted for better clearance and reduced turbulence. The Max Flow Bridge is a precision-cast aluminum piece, CNC machined for maximum airflow. The cold side tube is also 3" in diameter and mandrel-bent to enhance system efficiency.

The HSP 282-HSP Intercooler Charge Pipe Bundle is engineered for 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet and GMC trucks featuring the LLY Duramax engine. This bundle is presented as a prime initial upgrade for LLY Duramax owners aiming to boost both performance and reliability, suitable for stock or mildly tuned vehicles. The bundle addresses common failures in the factory hot side tube, which is known to rub against the power steering line and cause boost leaks. HSP's design reroutes the tube for improved clearance and smoother airflow directly into the intercooler. Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing, it not only optimizes airflow but also offers customizable powder coat options for engine bay aesthetics. The Max Flow Bridge, a key component of this kit, is crafted from precision-cast aluminum and CNC machined to ensure maximum airflow. It features a two-piece design for straightforward installation and has been pressure tested to withstand over 100 PSI. Complementing this is the 3-inch diameter, mandrel-bent cold side tube, which further reduces turbulence and enhances overall system efficiency, creating a high-volume charge air path. It is pressure tested to 100 PSI and constructed with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, featuring a precision cast and CNC-machined Max Flow Bridge to boost power and airflow.
