Description

Upgraded 6.6 Duramax Diesel engine cylinder head. Includes resurfaced head (meets/exceeds OEM), used cast, new valve stem seals, new valve guides, reground valves, 3-angle cut seats, O-rings, and heavy-duty valve springs (130lb. seat pressure at 1.720 installed height). Cleaning: MPI testing, stress relieving, shot blasting, broken bolt/stud removal. Machining: blueprints valve train geometry (valve height/recession), O-rings machined into deck surface. Pressure tested at 40 PSI. Further cleaning and QC.
