LMM TorqueMaster Injector - Reman CORE CHARE APPLIES OF 1200

S&S Diesel offers proprietary nozzle honing for clean and consistent holes. Nozzles are flow-matched to 1% variance per set using OE standards (Viscor SAE-J967, 40 degrees C, 100 bar). Injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster) using Viscor SAE-J967, 40 degrees C, and 4 different pressure/energizing points per injector, with aligned injection profiles (rate shape). The injector build spec is custom-matched to nozzle flow rate for each size. For 250% (3200 cc/min) and up, internal body modifications are featured to improve injection rate shape, as increased nozzle flow can slow open/closing times. Brand new or Bosch remanufactured bodies are available, with S&S Diesel only using reman bodies direct from Bosch for quality purposes. Available sizes (percentage increase in nozzle flow over stock): TorqueMaster, 30%, 45%, 60%, 80%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 250%, 300%, 350%, 400%, 450%, 500%. Core returns are required, with a $150 charge applied if no core is returned.
