Description

The ZZPerformance LNF Front Mount Intercooler is engineered as a direct, bolt-in replacement upgrade, offering superior efficiency and size for the LNF Cobalt and HHR. Customers can select between two core options: the Standard core, measuring 28"x 8.125"x 4" (excluding end tanks), or the Smaller Size core at 28"x 6.625"x 4", which provides increased ground clearance. This kit includes the Air to Air core, bumper brackets, bolts, and spacers necessary for installation. Please note that replacement couplers are not included and must be purchased separately. The installation process involves removing headlights and the bumper cover, disconnecting the stock intercooler and charge pipes, and then installing the new components using the supplied hardware and optional ZZP stencil for customization. Conversion to a blow-through MAF setup will require a tune. Installation of an external blow-off valve (BOV) is optional and may require blocking the stock BOV with an included shim.
