The Rough Country N3 Performance Lifted Struts offer a solution for Silverado 1500 owners seeking to add significant lift while maintaining a smooth, factory-like ride quality. These loaded struts come with a pre-installed coil spring, simplifying installation by eliminating the need to compress the factory spring. This "bolt-on" design is intended to replace factory struts directly, providing an easy way to achieve a 6-inch lift. Constructed for durability, each strut features a massive 1 3/8-inch bore and a hardened, chromed piston rod to ensure superior corrosion resistance and enhance sealing properties. The internal components include nitrogen gas charging for improved ride and handling, a leak-proof piston seal, and specially formulated low-friction shock oil. The variable dampening system is application-specific, tuned to provide outstanding control and stability across various road conditions, improving tire contact with the pavement. Installation is estimated to take 2-3 hours. The extended length of these struts is 28.34 inches, and the collapsed length is 22.4 inches. They are not adjustable. These struts are designed for the 2019-2024 model year Chevy Silverado 1500 in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. However, it is critical to note that these struts **do NOT fit diesel models**. Furthermore, they **cannot be installed in conjunction with a strut spacer** and **ONLY fit models with 6 inches of lift**.
