This torque converter has a stall speed range of 1600-1800 RPM and 31 turbine splines. It is compatible with a wide range of Ford and Mercury vehicles, as well as some Lincoln models, from 1992 to 2014, including various F-150, F-250, Explorer, Expedition, and Crown Victoria models.

This unit boasts a low stall speed, ranging from 1600 to 1800 RPM, making it suitable for applications where immediate torque multiplication is desired without excessive slippage. Constructed with a 12.75-inch body diameter and a 11.375-inch bolt circle, the FM69L features a milled flats hub type for secure engagement and 31 turbine splines for robust power transfer. Key specifications include a 1.374-inch pilot outside diameter and an OE height of 6.72 inches. Stamped codes such as 71A, 84A, and 99A are present, aiding in identification. This torque converter is compatible with a broad spectrum of Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln vehicles. Applications include the Ford Thunderbird, Mustang, F-250, F-150 Heritage, F-150, Explorer, Expedition, Econoline E-150 through E-450 models, and Crown Victoria.
