Overview

The Mr. Gasket HEADLOCK Locking Header Bolts are a set of 12 stainless steel fasteners designed to simplify header installation. They feature an internal allen/hex head with a 3/8 in.-16 thread size and a 0.750-inch underhead length. These bolts eliminate the need for lock washers and utilize serrations to lock onto the manifold surface, preventing backing out due to vibration or thermal expansion.

Headlock (TM) Bolts eliminate the need for lock washers, Period. That's because each Headlock (TM) Bolt features 24 equally-spaced, stainless steel teeth serrations that bite into and hold onto the attaching surface-eliminating the need for lock-washers.
