Overview

The American Racing Headers Long System is a complete exhaust header package designed for the 2015-2019 Mustang GT. This system includes long tube headers, mid pipes, an X-pipe, O2 extension harness, gaskets, and clamps, extending all the way back to the rear axle.

Constructed from 100% U.S. made 304 stainless steel, the headers feature 3/8" thick flanges with tig welded and hand-ported inlets. They also include merge collectors with scavenger spikes and 3" piping. The system comes with 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, OEM style band clamps, Grade 8 hardware, and Flat Out Racing Gaskets.

The American Racing Headers Long System is engineered to maximize power output for the 2015-2019 Mustang GT. This comprehensive package includes long tube headers, mid pipes, an X-pipe, O2 extension harness, gaskets, and clamps, providing an "all-the-way-back-to-the-rear-axle" exhaust solution. Crafted from 100% U.S.-made 304 stainless steel, these headers are built for durability and performance. They feature robust 3/8" thick flanges with precision tig-welded and hand-ported inlets for optimal flow. The system incorporates merge collectors with integrated scavenger spikes and a 3" diameter pipe. This "Long System" is available with or without 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters. It includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as Grade 8 hardware, OEM-style band clamps, and Flat Out Racing Gaskets. This specific configuration is designed for the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Mustang GT models equipped with the 5.0L engine. The "Long System" extends to the rear axle, connecting to the factory or aftermarket axle-back exhaust.
