The American Racing Headers Z06-06178300LSWC is a performance exhaust system engineered for the 2006-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06. This long system boasts 1-7/8" primaries and a 3" x 3" catted X-pipe, constructed entirely from premium 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and longevity. Key features include 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges ensuring a warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG welded inlets, and merge collectors with integrated scavenger spikes. The catted version employs high-flowing, 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, chosen for their extreme durability. All assembly is secured with Grade 8 hardware and Accuseal S/S band clamps. Installation of this exhaust system requires an O2 Extension Harness Kit, which is sold separately. It is crucial to note that this product is designated FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY and is not intended or legal for street use. Its sale, use, or installation may be illegal nationwide under the Federal Clean Air Act. A Vehicle Compliance Waiver must be signed prior to purchase.
