Overview

The American Racing Headers 1 7/8" Long Tube Header System is designed for the 2016 Camaro SS. This system features 304 stainless steel construction and 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure seal. It includes hand-ported TIG-welded inlets and merge collectors with welded scavenger spikes.

The system is equipped with 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters for durability. The primary tube routing is optimized for fit and performance, and the kit includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for installation.

The American Racing Headers CAV8-16178300LSWC is a high-performance long system exhaust specifically engineered for 2016 and newer Camaro V8 models equipped with LT1, LT4, SS, ZL1, or 1LE packages. This system, measuring 1-7/8" x 3", allows you to retain your factory mufflers while significantly upgrading exhaust flow. It features a 3" X-Pipe and requires only a single mark and cut on each side for mating to the factory mufflers, eliminating the need for welding. Constructed from 100% USA-sourced 304 stainless steel, this exhaust system is built for durability and performance. It includes 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG welded inlets for optimal flow, and merge collectors with scavenger spikes. The catted version of this system utilizes 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, chosen for their extreme durability. **Important Considerations:** This American Racing Headers exhaust system is designated **FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY**. It is **NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE** and its sale, use, or installation may be illegal nationwide under the Federal Clean Air Act. Purchasing this product requires signing a Vehicle Compliance Waiver, acknowledging its intended use and potential legal restrictions. Additionally, a warning is provided regarding Cancer and Reproductive Harm as per California Proposition 65.
