Long Tube Exhaust Header

The Pacesetter 70-2265 Performance Long Tube Exhaust Header is engineered to enhance your vehicle's performance by improving exhaust flow and reducing back pressure. Constructed from durable 16-gauge mandrel-bent mild steel tubing, these headers are designed to resist warping and ensure a long lifespan. The flanges are CNC-machined and port-matched with a 3/8-inch thickness for a superior seal at the head and unrestricted flow into the primary tubes. Each header features a one-piece design for easier installation. The primary tubes measure 1.750 inches in diameter and lead into 3.000-inch collectors, designed in the proper firing sequence for efficient cylinder evacuation. The header comes with necessary gaskets and installation instructions. This Pacesetter header is available with a standard black paint finish or an optional Armor*Coat, a polished, 2000-degree metallic ceramic coating that offers enhanced resistance to discoloration, rust, and corrosion. All Pacesetter headers are backed by a 3-year limited warranty. This header is specifically designed to fit 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra models equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L V8 engines, including 2WD and 4WD configurations.
