Long Tube Exhaust Headers 5.0L 302W

The PaceSetter 70-2222 is a long tube exhaust header set engineered to enhance exhaust scavenging and overall performance for 1980-1996 Ford F-150, F-250, and Bronco vehicles equipped with the 5.0L (302W) engine. These headers are manufactured using 16-gauge mandrel-bent carbon steel tubing, which provides greater durability than lighter-gauge materials. The assembly utilizes 3/8-inch thick, CNC-machined flanges that are port-matched to ensure an optimal seal and consistent exhaust flow into the collector. Designed for direct performance improvement, the tubes enter the 3-inch collector in a specific sequence to maximize exhaust scavenging. The headers include necessary installation hardware, such as gaskets, fasteners, and reducers, and feature built-in oxygen sensor fittings for application compatibility. Please note that the black paint finish is applied at the factory for pre-installation protection only and will burn off upon first use. Fitment is specific to 1980-1996 Ford F-150, F-250, and Bronco models with the 5.0L (302W) engine. This part is not street legal and cannot be shipped to California, Colorado, New York, or Maine.
