Long Tube Exhaust Headers, Polished Silver Ceramic

The BBK Performance 15330 is a set of long tube exhaust headers specifically engineered to enhance the performance of 1999-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra and Mach 1 models. These headers boast a durable polished silver ceramic coating, which not only provides a striking aesthetic but also helps to retain heat, potentially increasing underhood temperatures and improving power output. Constructed from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing and 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, these headers are built for optimal airflow and durability. The full-length primary tube design promotes unrestricted and balanced exhaust flow, contributing to significant horsepower and torque gains, with claims of up to a 15-20 horsepower increase when paired with a BBK shorty H-pipe. The ceramic coating helps to reduce underhood temperatures and contribute to power gains. Installation of these headers is designed as a direct bolt-on application, but requires the use of a BBK Performance short mid-pipe (sold separately) as the stock mid-pipe is not compatible. The kit comes complete with new manifold gaskets and necessary hardware. Professional installation is recommended due to the mechanical expertise required. Additionally, O2 wire harness extensions (sold separately, see Part #1676) are required for proper installation and function.
