The mandrel-bent tubing is optimized for flow and performance, with primary tubes measuring 1-5/8 inches in diameter and a 3-inch slip-fit collector. This specific header set is designed for 1996-1999 Chevrolet C/K 1500, Tahoe, and Yukon models equipped with 5.0L and 5.7L V8 engines that utilize an EGR system. They are 49-state legal and include necessary gaskets and a collector reducer for installation. Fabrication will be required to connect to the stock exhaust system, and the catalytic converter must be relocated. Important fitment notes: these headers will not fit angle plug heads.
