The Flowtech 13500FLT long tube headers are engineered for performance and audibility gains for Small Block Mopar engines in Fullsize SUV/Truck applications from 1972-1993. Constructed from durable steel with a black paint finish, these headers are designed with 1.625-inch primary tubes and a 3-inch collector, utilizing 3-bolt flanges for secure attachment. The package includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a complete installation. These headers are a direct fit for 1972-1993 Small Block Mopar trucks and SUVs. For 4WD vehicles, installation may require working the header between the front driveshaft and the frame. Some users have reported that "plug and play" is not entirely accurate, with some "massaging" and minor modifications to engine mount perches potentially needed for optimal fit. It is recommended to reroute any necessary components for maximum header clearance and tighten all bolts progressively and evenly for a leak-free seal.
