The Billy Boat Exhaust FCOR-0260 is a high-performance, long tube header system engineered for the 1997-2000 Chevrolet Corvette C5 and Z06 models equipped with the 5.7L engine. These headers are crafted from premium T-304 stainless steel and feature mandrel-bent tubing, ensuring optimal exhaust gas flow and durability. The design of these headers focuses on improving engine efficiency by incorporating the correct firing sequence, which strategically pairs exhaust ports. This configuration enhances exhaust scavenging, leading to noticeable gains in both horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range, as validated by dyno testing.
