Overview

The FAPO Long Tube Headers are motorsport-grade exhaust manifolds designed to replace restrictive factory components. They are engineered to improve exhaust gas flow by up to 35% and provide power gains from the mid to high RPM range. These headers are constructed from high-quality, mandrel-bent 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with 3/8-inch thick head flanges.

The FAPO Long Tube Headers represent high-end manufacturing and are considered motorsport-grade products for enhanced performance. These headers are designed to replace restrictive and inefficient factory cast log manifolds, offering up to a 35% improvement in exhaust gas flow. The full-length design targets power gains in the mid to high RPM range. Constructed from premium materials, these headers feature fully mandrel-bent tubes made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel. The head flanges are laser-cut from 3/8-inch thick steel plates and flattened by a hydraulic press to ensure precise, leak-free sealing. All joints are TIG welded in a golden color to prevent cracking and wear, and the flanges are chrome-plated for corrosion resistance. The polished surface provides additional protection against rusting. These headers are specifically designed for the 2003-2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG and CLS55 AMG models equipped with the 5.4L V8 M113 engine and are for Left Hand Drive vehicles only. The product includes all necessary accessories shown in the photos and comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
