They utilize computerized mandrel-bends for enhanced strength and durability, coupled with TIG-welded CNC machine flanges for precise fitment. These long tube headers aim to significantly improve your vehicle's performance by increasing high-flow air and reducing exhaust backpressure. This results in an estimated instant gain of 10-15 horsepower and torque, providing a more aggressive throttle response and overall enhanced engine efficiency. Beyond performance, they also contribute to a more aggressive and refined exhaust sound, transforming the auditory experience of your LT1 V8. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on application, meaning no vehicle modifications are necessary for fitment. The product is 100% brand new and has never been tried or installed.
