Long Tube Headers

The JBA 6966SJS long tube headers are engineered for 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger V8 HEMI models, delivering maximum performance gains and high RPM efficiency. Constructed from 409 stainless steel with a silver ceramic coating, they feature large, mandrel-bent primary tubes with a 1 7/8-inch diameter, oversized exhaust ports, and extra-thick 3/8-inch CNC laser-cut one-piece flanges designed to prevent leaks caused by warping. These headers incorporate JBA's patented Firecone® merged collectors for smooth flow, increased horsepower and torque, and improved exhaust scavenging. They also include standard O2 sensor provisions for EFI systems, ensuring proper connection. The design prioritizes maximum ground clearance, even for lowered vehicles, to prevent dragging the collectors. Installation may require welding/modification to the exhaust system, and O2 sensor extensions are included. It is important to note that this product is not legal for street or off-highway use in California or in states that have adopted California emissions regulations.
