The Stainless Works HM642HDROR is a set of long tube headers crafted from premium 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. These headers are meticulously engineered with 1-7/8" primary tubes and CNC mandrel-bent construction, ensuring optimal airflow and performance. The laser-cut flanges provide a precise fit and secure seal. These high-flow headers are designed to increase exhaust scavenging, reduce backpressure, and unlock additional horsepower, often cited as an improvement of 15+ HP. These headers are designed to fit specific Dodge and Chrysler Hemi engines, including the SRT 392 and Hellcat variants. Fitment is confirmed for 2008-2025 Dodge Challengers and 2006-2025 Dodge Chargers with 5.7L, 6.1L, 6.2L, and 6.4L engines. They are also specified for 2018-2026 Dodge Durango SRT 6.4L/6.2L models. Some configurations may include 3-inch off-road non-catted lead pipes. Stainless Works recommends the use of Hi-Temp RTV sensor-safe silicon gasket maker as an option or in conjunction with factory gaskets.
