These headers are constructed from 16-gauge mild steel with 3/8-inch thick CNC-machined flanges for durability and resistance to warping.

The Pacesetter 72C2255 is a long-tube performance header set engineered for 2000-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird vehicles powered by the 5.7L LS1 engine. These headers feature mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing and port-matched, 3/8-inch thick CNC-machined head flanges to provide an effective balance between ease of installation and increased exhaust flow. This specific model is finished with an Armor*Coat metallic-ceramic coating, which is rated for temperatures up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. The coating is guaranteed not to chip, peel, or flake for three years. They are intended for use in vehicles operating under Federal EPA standards only. This product is not legal for installation on vehicles required to meet CARB standards, including those registered in California, New York, Maine, or Colorado. Each set includes the necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. Please note that users should verify local emissions regulations prior to installation as these headers do not comply with CARB requirements.
